Located in Balangan, the residential development is conceived as a flexible living environment for both rental and freehold ownership, offering a serene staycation experience within a coastal setting. The project introduces the idea of a “hidden garden,” where lush tropical landscapes are woven throughout the site, creating a calm and immersive environment that enhances privacy, relaxation, and everyday living.
The master plan comprises eleven leasehold villas, each featuring two bedrooms, a private living area, and a private pool, alongside six freehold villas with larger pools, spacious living areas, and three bedrooms. Each unit is carefully positioned within lush garden pockets, ensuring a strong connection to nature while reinforcing a tranquil, cohesive, and enduring residential environment.
The architectural concept responds to the coastal context through a Mediterranean-inspired approach, expressed in simple, timeless forms softened by natural materials. Light-toned surfaces are complemented by warm timber textures, allowing the architecture to feel humble and welcoming while balancing the cool sea breeze with a sense of warmth and comfort.
