Please provide our inquiry team with your needs so that we can connect you with our designers. If you require it, we can also provide you with our Company Profile. To further discuss your project, we can arrange a meeting or a zoom call. During this discussion, we will take the opportunity to fully understand your project vision and work closely with you to bring it to life.

We are interested in hearing about your desires, expectations, limitations, and capability related to project costs. Additionally, we will discuss site location, space requirements, and design directions. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, and we are here to listen and provide support for your project.
02. DESIGN PROPOSAL & AGREEMENT
Once we have gathered all the necessary information during our initial meeting, our designer team will survey your land and collect more complete data. We will then communicate more intensely with you to ensure we have a clear understanding of your needs. Within a maximum of 14 working days from the point you decide to continue to this stage, we will create and present our early concept for your project, along with a rough cost estimation. Our commitment to transparency means that we want to ensure you are comfortable with our proposal before moving forward Please let us know if there is anything else we can assist you with.
03. CONCEPT DESIGN
During this stage, we will collaborate to create a design that truly reflects your vision. We'll explore all possibilities, ideas and think outside the box. Let's finalize the macro design, which includes space organization and building size, before moving on to the micro design stages. Your opinions and feedback are highly valued, and we will incorporate them into the design to ensure it meets your needs and expectations, including your brand identity. Please note that the duration of this stage may vary depending on your decisions during the design assistance process.
04. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
In the process of technical development, we focus on the structural aspect of the building, as well as the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Our designer works closely with structural engineers, MEP engineers, and other relevant consultants to ensure the success of your project. This technical assessment is conducted in conjunction with the preparation of Building Construction Permit (IMB) drawings and the finalization of detailed micro designs, including door design, bathroom design, and the selection of materials and brands.
05. CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS
Our priority is to simplify the contractor's job by providing clear and comprehensive drawings that will serve as a reliable guide throughout the construction process. By ensuring that the contractor has all the necessary information, we aim to make the construction phase as smooth and efficient as possible. We understand the value of time for all parties involved.
It's worth noting that the Design Development and Construction Drawings stages occur simultaneously, allowing us to finalize the design details while creating the technical drawings. This approach not only streamlines the timeline but also minimizes any potential delays in bringing your project to life. 06. CONTRACTORS TENDER
Choosing the right contractor is crucial for your project's success. We are here to assist you in making the best decision possible. By sharing your construction documents with multiple contractors, we can guide you towards the most suitable option. Our evaluation takes into account factors such as budget, timeline, and specifications, ensuring that your project is in capable hands.
07. SITE SUPERVISION
Our designer team will supervise the constructions periodically to ensure a smooth building process. We work closely with the contractor from start to finish, anticipating and resolving any potential issues that may arise.
