Located in Pecatu, Uluwatu, the residential project is designed as a flexible living environment for both rental use and freehold ownership, offering a relaxed lifestyle rooted in Bali’s coastal character. The development embraces an open and community-oriented layout, encouraging interaction while maintaining a sense of privacy, and creating a welcoming neighborhood that supports long-term living as well as short stays.
The master plan comprises a balanced mix of residential and communal functions, including two commercial buildings accommodating dining, spa, and gym facilities. The residential units consist of thirteen one-bedroom villas, six two-bedroom villas, and two larger three-bedroom villas, carefully arranged to frame shared green spaces and pathways, reinforcing a cohesive, relaxed, and community-driven living environment.
The architectural approach reinterprets contextual Balinese elements into a modern form, expressed through clean geometries softened by natural materials. Exposed brick, local stone, and warm timber textures are integrated throughout the architecture and landscape, fostering a humble and grounded atmosphere that feels warm, calm, and closely connected to its surroundings.
